The Services include a software platform that enables individuals seeking a host of life care services ("End Users") to connect with pertinent resources, including but not limited to financial, health, legal, and life planning professionals ("Advisors") to obtain needed services. In turn, Advisors utilize proprietary tools within the Services enabled by artificial intelligence, or AI, to create life plans and offer recommendations for applicable services and practitioners in the applicable discipline and geographic area.
We rely on third parties such as vendors and affiliates ("Representatives") to assist us in delivering Services to you. This Policy does not apply to information collected and maintained by third parties which they may collect from any website, application, or content they operate. This Policy is part of Healthspan Wealth's Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read this Policy and the Terms carefully.
