• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

• Any damages arising from the conduct or content of any third party, including vendors, on or through the Services.

• Any damages arising from unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

• Any health outcomes, medical results, or consequences arising from decisions made based on information obtained through our Services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
